This form must be completed by the prospective program manager and returned to the Programming Vice President, Chairman of the Board, and Executive Director. Bids are to be submitted at least three (3) weeks prior to the Winter State meeting. The following information must be included with your bid form: (1) letter of support from your chapter president; and (2) detailed plan of action.
