We have made the difficult decision to cancel an in-person Annual Convention at Arrowwood Resort in Alexandria. We had sincerely hoped that we would be able to gather together to celebrate our collective third trimester and year end accomplishments, but it is neither socially nor fiscally responsible to move ahead at this point in time. The Burnsville Women of Today will return checks or issue a refund to anyone who has sent in a registration. Please be patient while they work to get these out in the mail. If your chapter or members had reserved a room at Arrowwood under the MNWT room block, that reservation has automatically been cancelled for you. Host chapter Burnsville also sent an email to those members whose name appeared on the rooming list to let them know. If you reserved a room but have not received an email from Burnsville Women of Today or are uncertain about this, you may contact Arrowwood at 866-386-5263 to make sure your reservation has been cancelled. Despite not being able to gather in person, we still have organizational business to conduct, so your 2019-2020 Staff are busily planning an online format for a number of events on the convention schedule. Please stay tuned for additional information and a schedule of online events for convention weekend. Most of these events will happen at or near the time at which they would normally occur, i.e. Business Meeting on Saturday morning. Please stay tuned for further information, which will be communicated as it becomes available. If you have any questions about your registration please contact the Burnsville chapter at BurnsvilleWT@mnwt.org. If you have any other questions or concerns, please let me know. I'll keep in touch!
