The Outstanding Awards Manual provides complete information on how to nominate someone for Outstanding Young Adult (OYA), Outstanding Person with Determination (PWD) or Women Who Impact (WWI), along with each of the nomination forms.
Outstanding Person with Determination Individual Nomination
This is the official form for the MNWT Person with Determination Individual Nomination. The Person with Determination Award is designed to honor an individual who has persevered and forged new paths through obstacles to become an integral part of their community. Created in 2020, a version of this outstanding award has been given out since 1994.
