The needs of every community vary, so local chapters choose service projects to sponsor in their own community.
Enrichment sessions are provided for in-person training, as well as online training.
Members have fun, form long-lasting friendships, develop their personal and professional talents, and give back.
We are all bound together with a common goal: to leave the world a better place!

We hold many events throughout the year at a national, state, district and local level. Please mark your calendar and join us as we enjoy the friendships made while serving our communities! As Helen Keller said, “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much!”
State Conventions are held three (3) times per year; USWT National Conventions are held twice per year.
Future Directions, Marketing, Membership Management are held consecutively each trimester on the same day.
MNWT offers training sessions to the membership on all levels of the organization.
These meetings have many focuses: strengthening chapters running district projects and socials, etc.
At these annual meetings, members support their areas and meet the state presidential & staff candidate(s).
Annually we do a Day at the Diamond and enjoy other great ways to connect with members across the state!

WT is a great way to make a difference in the community while having fun. It is something I do every year for me.
I joined to socialize volunteer and get to know other women. I stay because I can still do all those things.
I joined because I was searching for a purpose. I had graduated from college with a degree in Social Work, which I had not been able to use. I was so excited when I saw this organization was starting in my city. It was what I had been searching for. I stay a member because of the friends I have made as well as the leadership opportunities available. Being a stay at home mom this is my professional outlet.
